Apple Health collects years of data quietly in the background - steps, sleep, heart rate, workouts, all of it. Pair it with an Apple Watch and you get even more: ECG, blood oxygen, noise levels, stand hours, and everything your wrist tracks throughout the day. It just doesn’t make it easy to take that data anywhere useful. Health Exporter pulls everything out in JSON or CSV, lets you push it to any API you choose, and keeps it flowing on a schedule. Whether you’re running a full backup or piping data into your own dashboards, the data is yours to do something with.
